Masuleh is a very beautiful village in the Talesh mountain range, 35 km from Fouman city, Gilan province in northern Iran. There is a unique and special architecture for the houses of this village something like staircase style (The yard of the building above is the roof of the building below) and no walls separate them. With the area of 16 hectares and 1050 meters above sea level, has a global reputation for its distinctive architectural style. Green slopes, high mountains and Roaring River have made the view of this village to one of the most spectacular natural scenery in Iran. Presences of vegetation, waterfalls and different springs have double the beauty of this mountainous site. Masouleh attractions include a large bazaar of handicrafts, local souvenirs, natural water springs, caravansaries, water storage and a few mosques.
